As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage all aspects of store performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and a passion for retail management. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily store operations, including staffing, merchandising, and sales activities Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a high-performing retail team Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and purchasing to optimize product availability Oversee cash handling, cashiering, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy and security Develop and implement training programs focused on customer service excellence, sales techniques, and product knowledge Monitor sales performance, analyze retail math metrics, and adjust strategies to meet targets Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales growth Handle employee orientation, scheduling, payroll processing, and budgeting tasks with attention to detail Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and store procedures Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and conflict resolution Requirements Proven management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environments with supervising responsibilities Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers and staff Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, merchandising, pricing strategies, and retail math Demonstrated leadership capabilities in team management, shift supervision, sales management, and store operations Knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping basics, budgeting practices, and cash handling procedures Excellent organizational skills combined with time management expertise to prioritize tasks efficiently Exceptional communication skills paired with phone etiquette proficiency for customer interactions Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in retail math and organizational tasks Join us as a Manager where your leadership will inspire teams to achieve excellence!
