Assistant Manager

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional hospitality and building a dynamic team. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for people. The Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing staff, managing inventory, and driving sales to achieve store objectives. Duties Assist the Manager in daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products effectively. Conduct employee orientation and training programs to enhance team performance. Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with financial policies. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. Skills At least 1 year experience in the coffee, food industry, and/or other form of leadership Leadership background Great with people Strong emotional intelligence Ability to work well under pressure and changing conditions High attention to detail and organization 3 references from non-family members Strong communication skills (you can write and speak professionally)
