We're looking for a motivated and reliable General Manager to oversee daily operations and help grow our expanding catering program. Position Summary The Assistant Manager is responsible for helping leading all aspects of the restaurant and catering operations. This role requires strong organization, hands on leadership, and a balance between in store management and off site catering coordination. Key Responsibilities Restaurant Operations ( 20-30 hours / week) Oversee daily front and back of house operations Manage employee scheduling, training, and performance Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage food costs Handle cashier operations and weekly cash deposits Ensure a clean, efficient, and welcoming guest environment Catering Partnership (10 hours / week) Coordinate current catering partnership Schedule catering staff and manage prep/delivery logistics Create weekly catering menus and oversee ingredient prep Deliver and set up catering orders professionally and on time Maintain communication with catering partner Requirements & Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast casual or quick service preferred) ServSafe Food Safety Certification (required) Reliable Mid to Large size vehicle capable of transporting catering equipment and groceries Personal laptop for office work, reports, and scheduling tasks Bilingual in English & Spanish Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Schedule Full-time, 30 hours per week / 5 days per week
