Store Manager

Duties Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee employee orientation, training, and development to foster a high-performing team. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product presentation. Handle purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to streamline sales transactions. Conduct interviewing and recruiting processes to build a talented workforce aligned with company goals. Supervise cash handling, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and shift management activities. Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase store visibility and sales. Experience Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervisory responsibilities. Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, and customer service excellence. Demonstrated ability in employee recruitment, training & development, and team leadership. Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math principles. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Experience with budgeting, cash handling, merchandising, and marketing strategies. Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred; strong organizational skills are essential.
