• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our small produce store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations, ensuring high-quality products, and providing excellent customer service.

• Duties:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the small produce retail store
• Order, receive, and stock produce inventory
• Ensure proper handling and storage of all produce items
• Monitor and maintain product quality and freshness
• Implement merchandising strategies to drive sales
• Train, schedule, and supervise department staff of 1-2 others.
• Create attractive displays to promote sales

• Skills:

• Strong customer service skills
• Sales management experience
• Ability to manage budgets effectively
• Good math skills for inventory management
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
