The locations are typically fast-paced and high-stress environments that require teams to work together to meet the customer's ever-changing demand. Takes initiative to support and train 'General Labor' to perform various tasks to produce skids of containers to be delivered to the customer for packaging of manufactured parts. Containers are assembled in 'Just in Time' to meet the customers' ever-changing production schedule. Certifies that each container component is defect free and ready for assembly and use, as detailed in the provided work instructions. Is responsible for the performance of all teams on a shift. Communicates and coordinates the work of multiple teams on a shift to fulfill customers' requirements and orders.
