Full Job Description About Us:
We are a locally owned, high-end children's clothing boutique dedicated to dressing the little ones in our community for childhood's biggest milestones and everyday adventures. We pride ourselves on an "old-fashioned," relationship-first approach to customer service—where we know our families by name, celebrate new babies with grandparents, and curate a warm, welcoming, and beautiful space. We are looking for an inspiring, creative, and detail-oriented Store Manager to lead our daily operations and grow with our brand.
Position Overview:
As our Store Manager, you are the face of the boutique and the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will balance the art of visual merchandising and community connection with the science of inventory management and day-to-day retail operations. This role is perfect for a self-motivated leader who loves fashion, thrives on genuine human connection, and enjoys wearing multiple hats—from styling a storefront to managing an e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations & Leadership:
Oversee opening/closing procedures, maintain an immaculate and welcoming sales floor, and manage staff training to ensure our high standard of customer care is always met.
Old-Fashioned Customer Experience:
Deliver and model exceptional, personalized service. Build and maintain a loyal customer base by keeping a pulse on our regular clients' preferences and milestones.
Visual Merchandising:
Own the aesthetic of the shop. Creatively style displays and rotate inventory on the floor to keep the boutique looking fresh, curated, and inspiring.
Events & Promotions:
Partner with the owner to brainstorm, plan, and execute in-store community events, seasonal promotions, and collaborative local pop-ups.
Digital Content & E-Commerce:
Assist with managing our digital footprint by creating playful, authentic social media content and ensuring our online web store is updated, accurate, and aligned with our physical inventory.
Inventory Management:
Handle the receiving, tagging, and stocking of inventory, ensuring our Point of Sale (POS) system is accurate and organized.
Qualifications & Qualities We Are Looking For:
Experience:
1.5+ years of retail management or keyholder experience, preferably in a boutique, specialty, or high-end setting.

A strong sense of style and visual merchandising talent. You know how to make a display look elevated yet inviting.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable learning and navigating POS systems, basic spreadsheet software, e-commerce backend management, and social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook).
Flexibility:
Availability to work standard retail hours, including some Saturdays.
Physical Ability:
Able to stand for extended periods, climb a step stool for merchandising, and comfortably lift up to 30 lbs of inventory boxes.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
