US Patriot is seeking a Full Time Seasonal Lead Retail Sales Associate to match soldiers and airmen to the best brands in the business including Nike, Oakley, and Under Armour. We have over 105 retail locations and multiple web portals to take care of our customers tactical gear needs.

As Lead Retail Sales Associate in a US Patriot/Galls store, you can expect to provide exceptional customer service to our soldiers and airmen. You will interact with our customers on the sales floor; process sales, assist with product questions and help customers select the right products to meet their needs.

WHAT YOU WILL

DOResponsible for assisting the Store Manager in various tasksGreets every customer in a prompt timely manner and alert and responsive to all customer needs.

Answers customer's inquiries to include questions on price, quality, fabric type, specifications, and usability of merchandiseUp-sells customers on other products, and recommends add on items to enhance the customer's orderSets up advertising displays and folds and arranges merchandise to promote sales.

Replenishes merchandise and participates in monitoring of floor stock to assure appropriate inventory is available for customersCompletes necessary housekeeping to present a clean and orderly store at all timesFills out all paperwork correctly and efficientlyProvides information regarding contract specifications and products associated with contractHandles irate customers in a professional courteous mannerAssist with answering product questions and providing information over the phoneCommunicates and works closely within and outside retail department to assure customer needs are met with 100% accuracyAdhere to company mission, policies, procedures, and practices

WHAT YOU WILL

BRINGHigh school diploma or GED1 year minimum of retail experience preferred. We will train!

Friendly, outgoing, and helpful demeanorPrevious retail or customer service experience a plusAbility to read and interpret documents such as department specifications and must be able to interact effectively with customersAbility to calculate figures and amounts, and ability to operate a PC and Galls' order management systemMust be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under pressure situations.
