This is a position where you will be helping the Training Manager and Director of Donated Goods set up a brand new store in Iron Mountain. You will have a hand in choosing your team from your assistant to your production and front of store team. This is a Full-Time Salaried position, the store will be open 7 days a week, summer hours will be open an hour later than the winter months.

Position responsibilities include:

Be in charge of the hiring, training, developing, supervising, and evaluating Team Members. Operating store according to budget. Ensuring Proper handling and processing of donations. Schedule staff based on customer needs, production, and store goals. Ordering and maintaining store supplies. Completing Monthly Safety Site Inspections, Incident/Accident Reports, Team Meeting and Safety Minutes, And other reports on a regular basis. Performs assigned duties with the framework of our Guiding Principles.

Minimum and preferred qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Specific course work in relevant areas such as marketing, accounting, management, or advertising skills. Post-high school education preferred. Two to three years of retail experience/supervisory activity management skills of planning, reporting and inventory control. Relevant combinations of these and other skills will be considered. Must be willing to work evening, weekends, and some holidays. Must have reliable transportation. Pay is commensurate based on experience with the range being $45,000 to $50,000 with competitive monthly bonuses. We also offer an exceptional benefit package.
