Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and implement sales strategies to meet business goals. Your leadership will foster a positive shopping environment, optimize inventory management, and uphold company standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact within a fast-paced retail setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of sales, cashiering, inventory control, and customer service activities. Develop and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and maximize sales opportunities. Manage inventory levels through effective purchasing, stock replenishment, and shrinkage prevention techniques. Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives to attract customers and boost revenue. Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate financial transactions. Maintain organizational standards by enforcing store policies, health & safety regulations, and cleanliness protocols. Foster excellent customer relationships by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently. Utilize management skills to plan shift schedules, monitor sales performance, and achieve budget targets. Support marketing efforts through local outreach, community engagement, and social media promotion as needed. Experience Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with a strong track record of supervising teams effectively. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing candidates, recruiting talent, and conducting training & development sessions. Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, bookkeeping software, and retail math for accurate sales tracking and reporting. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Experience with payroll processing, cash handling procedures, merchandising techniques, and marketing strategies is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in retail sales or wireless sales is advantageous.
