Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Seasonal Retail Shop Supervisor to oversee daily store operations during our busy season. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, lead and motivate staff, maintain store standards, and help drive sales while ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support seasonal retail staff during daily operations. Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally. Open and close the store according to company procedures. Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching seasonal team members. Monitor sales performance and encourage achievement of store goals. Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, stocked, and priced. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards. Handle cash management, register operations, and daily deposits as required. Manage inventory, receive shipments, and coordinate stock replenishment. Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention practices. Serve as the primary point of contact in the absence of management. Qualifications Previous retail experience required; supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail technology. Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
