Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the gas station operation, including fuel sales, convenience store sales, and back office software. Manage and motivate a team of employees to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of products and supplies. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and clean work environment. Analyze financial reports and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and drive sales. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to customer needs. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including safety, health, and environmental standards. Perform regular equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers. The gas station manager plays a crucial role in driving profitability and ensuring a great customer experience.
