In this dynamic role, you will oversee the entire sales process, develop strategic sales initiatives, and cultivate strong relationships with customers and business partners. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals through effective coaching and performance management Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the dealership's market share in high-end automobile segments Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting new clients through outbound and B2B sales efforts to closing deals Conduct negotiations with customers and business partners to secure favorable terms while ensuring customer satisfaction Oversee inventory management and inventory control processes to meet customer demand and optimize stock levels Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Support marketing initiatives by participating in public speaking events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach efforts Skills Proven experience in automotive or high-end retail sales, with a strong background in dealership environments Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to upsell and close complex deals effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities, to engage diverse audiences Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving a diverse clientele Proficiency with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math principles Demonstrated success in outbound sales, cold calling, and building a robust sales pipeline Leadership experience in sales management roles with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies Customer service-oriented mindset with a knack for retail math calculations and inventory control techniques Join us as an Automotive Sales Manager where your expertise will drive success, foster growth, and elevate our dealership's reputation.
