Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling. Provide leadership and guidance to the team to achieve sales targets and customer service goals. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their growth and development. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create strategies for increasing revenue and improving overall store performance.

Qualifications Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals. Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
