Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team! Candidate will be responsible for overall hands-on operation of our retail store. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the staff and provide superior customer service. Job Responsibilities Open and Close the Retail Store Train and Supervise the Employees throughout the day Oversee Customer Relations Conduct Bi-Monthly Inventory, oversee product ordering and product rotation Maintain Proper Temperature and First In First Out (FIFO) Product Flow Improve Efficiency while adhering to Quality Standards Monitor and constructively correct the performance of staff and intervene when necessary to ensure proper food safety and quality Oversee the cleanliness of the Retail Store Must be creative and be highly motivated

Hours :

Tuesday through Saturday 8:45AM to 5:30PM. Workloads and seasonal pressures will extend this schedule during holiday periods. • Proven experience in retail management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train staff effectively
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills (CounterPoint, Excel, & Word are mostly used)
• Must be a good communicator and multi-tasker
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
