We are currently seeking a Retail Management Trainee to join our growing team in Saginaw, MI. Position Overview The Retail Management Trainee position is designed for individuals interested in developing leadership, customer service, and business management skills. This role provides paid training and practical experience in customer engagement, retail operations, team collaboration, and performance management. As a Management Trainee, you will begin by learning the day-to-day responsibilities of the business while developing the skills necessary to support team operations and future leadership opportunities. Responsibilities Provide professional customer service within retail locations Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions Assist customers with account setup and service options when applicable Support daily retail operations and customer engagement initiatives Learn key business functions including performance tracking and team development Participate in leadership and professional development training Work closely with team members to achieve company goals Maintain accurate product and service knowledge Assist with onboarding and training initiatives as experience is gained Contribute to a positive and professional customer experience Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or leadership experience is helpful but not required High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Paid training Weekly pay Performance-based bonuses may be available Leadership development opportunities Professional mentorship Advancement opportunities based on performance Supportive team environment Why Join Saginaw Retail Group?
