We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations and help create an outstanding guest experience as we launch our new entertainment venue. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the venue Lead, train, and supervise team members Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Manage staff schedules and shift coverage Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall facility appearance Assist with birthday parties, private events, and group bookings Support hiring and onboarding of new employees Track inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance Help grow the business through local marketing and social media support Maintain a fun, positive, and energetic atmosphere Qualifications Previous management or supervisor experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office/Canva, scheduling systems, etc. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends Experience in entertainment, hospitality, arcade, retail, or family entertainment centers is a plus Social media and marketing experience is a plus What We Offer Fun and energetic work environment Competitive pay based on experience Employee discounts Opportunities for growth and advancement Chance to help build and grow a brand-new entertainment business Schedule Full-time Evening and weekend availability required Pay $25-$30 per hour (based on experience) To Apply Please send your resume and a short introduction about yourself to: We'd love to hear why you'd be a great fit for Recre8play!
