Job description: We specialize in electroplating high-performance polymers and composites for the aerospace and defense industries. Our innovative work enables customers to create lighter, more efficient components for extreme environments.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Shop Helper / Shop Hand for 3rd shift to assist our Plant Manager with daily shop floor operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Tasks will vary daily, requiring flexibility and a willingness to learn. Ability to

Pay:
$20-$24 / hr + $1.50 shift premium Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent U.S. Resident Background check is required
Responsibilities:
Part Handling:
Rack and un-rack parts to ensure proper handling during the plating process.
Equipment Maintenance:
Assist in cleaning and maintaining shop equipment to ensure efficient operations.
Light Manufacturing:
Perform basic manufacturing tasks, including assembly and preparation of materials as directed.
Facility Support:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and workstations.
Errands:
Run shop-related errands, such as picking up supplies or delivering parts, as needed.
Task Execution:
Support the Plant Manager in executing various projects and assignments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a manufacturing or shop environment preferred but not required. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team. Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
