We're looking for an active cyclist with retail sales and leadership experience to help lead our team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and grow the sport of cycling. This is not a typical retail position. The ideal candidate lives and breathes cycling, understands bicycles and cycling equipment, and enjoys helping riders find the right products while developing and leading a high-performing team. Responsibilities Help customers select bikes, accessories, apparel, and services Drive bicycle, accessory, apparel, and service sales Lead by example and deliver exceptional customer experiences Train, coach, and support team members Assist with inventory, merchandising, and store presentation Resolve customer concerns professionally Represent NOW Bikes at rides, events, and community activities Qualifications Strong knowledge of bicycles, cycling equipment, and cycling culture Proven retail sales and leadership experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, organized, and dependable Bicycle industry experience preferred To Apply Please include a cover letter describing: Your cycling background and riding experience Your familiarity with bicycles, components, and accessories Your retail sales and leadership experience Why you want to work at NOW Bikes Applications submitted without a cover letter may not be considered.
