Job DescriptionStarting wage is $15-20/hr depending on experience We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team in Blaine, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service in our fast-paced environment.

Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing proceduresSupervise and motivate team members to maintain high performance standardsEnsure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulationsManage inventory, including stock ordering and rotationProcess customer orders efficiently using point-of-sale systemsHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAssist in training new team members and providing ongoing supportMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving store performancePrepare and analyze reports on sales, inventory, and team performanceAssist in scheduling and payroll managementPerform various administrative tasks as neededQualificationsProven experience in a supervisory role in food service or retailStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent customer service orientationProficiency in operating restaurant equipment and point-of-sale systemsSolid math skills for financial transactions and inventory managementStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesComputer skills for order processing and report generationKnowledge of food safety and hygiene standardsAbility to work in varying temperatures and conditionsPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesTime management and multitasking skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field preferred
