This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee shop. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and food, along with experience in food preparation and customer service. You will be responsible for assisting in daily operations, maintaining inventory, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items to customers. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including dining areas and kitchen. Assist with inventory control, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and properly stored. Train new staff members on coffee preparation techniques, customer service standards, and operational procedures. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any concerns. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in food handling and preparation. Skills Experience in food preparation and cooking within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions. Knowledge of inventory control practices to manage stock levels effectively. Leadership qualities with experience in team management, training & development, and supervising staff. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for patrons.
