What You'll Own Leadership oversight for communities in Waconia, Sartell, and Elmore . Future operational integration and support of additional communities as the organization expands. Executive Director Development and leadership coaching. Succession planning and Leadership Pipeline Creation . Occupancy Growth , census development, and community performance. Resident Satisfaction , family experience, and employee engagement. Financial performance, labor management, and operational efficiency. Regulatory Compliance , survey readiness, and risk mitigation. Quality assurance and consistency across all communities. Organizational culture and leadership accountability. What Success Looks Like Stable, engaged, and high-performing leadership teams. What You'll Be Doing Travel regularly between Waconia , Sartell , and Elmore . Coach, mentor, and develop Executive Directors and department leaders. Conduct operational reviews, audits, and performance evaluations. Analyze KPIs related to occupancy, staffing, retention, financial performance, and quality outcomes. Partner with sales, clinical, dining, and operations leaders to drive community success. Lead strategic initiatives focused on Growth, Culture, and Expansion . Support future community launches, transitions, acquisitions, and development projects. Serve as a visible and engaged leadership presence throughout the portfolio. What We're Looking For Active Minnesota LALD License in Good Standing Proven success in Multi-Site Leadership within assisted living, memory care, or senior living environments. Strong understanding of Minnesota assisted living regulations and survey processes. Demonstrated results in occupancy growth, compliance, retention, and operational performance. Experience developing and coaching high-performing leadership teams. Strong financial acumen and operational decision-making abilities. Ability to lead through change, growth, and organizational expansion. Executive presence combined with a hands-on leadership style. Preferred Background Regional Administrator, Regional Director, Area Director, Executive Director, Vice President of Operations, or similar senior leadership experience. Experience with start-ups, turnarounds, acquisitions, or new community development. Strong background in Memory Care operations and dementia-focused programming. History of improving culture, accountability, and operational performance across multiple locations.
