Job Description

Role Overview As the Store Manager, you will lead the operations, growth, and success of your store. Reporting directly to the corporate leadership team, you will uphold the company mission and values, foster team development, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership will set the standard for operational excellence and community engagement while driving sustainable growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities Leadership & People Management Recruit, hire, and develop a strong team with an engaging work culture. Implement performance management practices, including coaching, feedback, delegation, and accountability. Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with the company playbook and operational standards across all aspects of the store. Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, cleanliness, and service quality. Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including labor, food costs, and waste reduction. Community Engagement Build relationships with local businesses, leaders, and organizations to strengthen community presence. Represent the company at community events every year. Plan and execute service and giving initiatives in alignment with the company mission. Financial Management Manage store P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, ensuring alignment with budget goals. Track, analyze, and report weekly performance metrics to the leadership team. Identify opportunities to optimize revenue, reduce costs, and drive profitability. Who You Are An experienced leader in the fast-casual food space. A leader with strong organizational and multitasking skills. A problem-solver with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals. Skilled in building community relationships and fostering team development. Business-savvy with the ability to balance operational and strategic priorities.
