Competitive salary + performance incentives Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Mounds View location. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, controlling labor and food costs, and ensuring strong execution across all operational standards including customer service, speed, and product quality. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can build, develop, and hold a team accountable to high performance standards. Key Responsibilities Operations & Performance Drive sales growth and meet or exceed weekly and period targets Maintain labor efficiency with a focus on achieving SPMH targets Ensure food cost is controlled within company standards Monitor and improve key metrics: Sales, SPMH, Portal On-Time %, and HNR performance Team Leadership Recruit, train, and develop team members and shift leaders Create weekly schedules based on sales forecasts and business needs Lead by example through strong floor presence during peak hours (4PM-8PM) Hold team accountable to company standards, policies, and procedures Customer Experience Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service at all times Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked restaurant environment Operational Excellence Ensure proper food preparation, safety, and sanitation standards (ServSafe preferred) Maintain equipment, facilities, and overall store conditions Execute company initiatives, promotions, and operational directives Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Preferred Qualifications ServSafe Certification Experience managing high-volume operations Proven track record of improving sales and operational performance What We Offer Competitive salary Performance-based bonuses Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive leadership and team environment How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or in-store.
