• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
• Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
• Assist in creating work schedules and assigning tasks to employees
• Handle cash management, including opening and closing registers, preparing deposits, and reconciling cash drawers
