What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team Execute proven company processes that drive results Maintain strong store operations and standards Support hiring, training, and internal development Partner with the Store Manager to hit sales and performance goals What We're Looking For Consistent leadership experience with increasing responsibility A stable work history (not a job hopper) Strong operational mindset + ability to follow proven processes Passion for developing people and building teams High standards, strong work ethic, and reliability Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ideal for candidates who want to become a Store Manager soon Schedule 45 hours/week ( 40 regular + 5 OT guaranteed ) Mix of open, mid, and closing shifts Typically no more than 2 closing shifts/week Open availability required Pay & Benefits $20-$23/hour + guaranteed overtime Medical, Dental, Vision Employee Stock Purchase Plan Education assistance + employee support programs 20% store discount + extra savings events Paid holidays Closed on Thanksgiving Focus on work-life balance (extra time off during holidays) Why Ross?
