$19.00-$22.00 per hour + Monthly Performance Bonus Job Summary Subway is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Store Manager to lead our Springfield, MN restaurant. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing team members, delivering outstanding guest service, and driving sales and profitability. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys building strong teams and creating a positive work environment.
