$66,560 starting salarySUMMARY:
To provide leadership to the Beverage Department staff and support to the Beverage Operations Manager in all areas of operations. Responsible for a high level of guest service.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead daily department operations with direct supervision of supervisors, bartenders, bar backs and casino wait staff Communicate service goals and operational priorities in each pre-shift briefing to ensure consistent understanding and delivery of expectations Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and continuous development of team members to ensure alignment with Treasure Island's service standards Create, maintain, revise and provide direction regarding training manuals, policy/procedure manual, and job descriptions Establish and uphold quality, service and cleanliness standards Regularly review inventory levels, labor utilization, and ordering needs to meet demand while maintaining financial controls Monitor and enforce compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and responsible alcohol service practices (TIPS-certified), administering corrective actions as appropriate Address guest questions, complaints or concerns in person and through GuestX Resolve staff and guest issues effectively to sustain a positive, productive workplace and positive guest experience Partner with the Beverage Operations Manager to analyze POS data and financial reports to control costs and improve performance Cash handling and age-restricted beverage serviceKNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge and Certification Required:
3-years supervisory experience leading large teams in in high-volume, multi-outlet beverage operations Strong working knowledge of beverage service standards, compliance requirements, and responsible alcohol service laws Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities that foster teamwork and accountabilityPreferred:
Prior experience in a casino or resort environment with multi-bar operations Familiarity with guest satisfaction metrics or loyalty tracking systems Experience using data to evaluate service performance or financial outcomes Previous experience with MS Excel, MS Word and computerized point of sale systemSkills Required:
High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and compliance tracking Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Clear written and verbal communication that supports team clarity and guest satisfaction Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure Effective leadership with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop diverse teamsPreferred:
Strong computer skills inMicrosoft Office and Windows Abilities Required:
Perform efficiently and accurately in a fast-moving, high-volume hospitality environment. Present a professional image and demonstrate strong interpersonal courtesy toward guests, team members, and management Assist in managing budgets, labor planning, and operational expenses to achieve financial targets Lead multiple projects and tasks independently, maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure Deliver clear and confident communication when interacting with teams and guests alike.
