Job Description
Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to help deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving service sales and supporting daily operations. This position is ideal for an experienced Service Advisor, automotive professional, or customer service leader who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and helping a team succeed. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you'll serve as one of the primary points of contact for our service customers, helping them understand maintenance recommendations, schedule repairs, and keep their vehicles operating safely and reliably. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience Write repair orders and document customer concerns Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs Present estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow Monitor repair progress and communicate updates to customers Assist with daily service lane operations Help drive customer retention and service sales growth Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency Support the Service Manager in achieving departmental goals What We're Looking For Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred Strong sales and customer service skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Strong organizational and computer skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record What We Offer Competitive pay with performance incentives Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with company match Ongoing training and development Opportunities for advancement within Pettus Automotive Group Stable, growing organization with a strong reputation in the community Why Quick Lane?
