We are looking for a strong leader with retail or sales management experience who can help drive daily operations, support sales associates, and ensure a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Support daily store operations Coach and assist sales team performance Help manage customer experience from greeting to close Assist with inventory organization and showroom presentation Drive sales goals and operational consistency Assist with unloading trucks and loading customer orders Lifting heavy items
Preferred Experience:
Retail or sales management experience Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
