Job Description

Do you have a passion for flowers, creativity, and leading a team? We are seeking an energetic and experienced, Fresh Flower Department Manager to oversee our busy and established floral department.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing daily floral operations and inventory Designing and merchandising fresh flower displays Ordering fresh flowers and supplies Providing outstanding customer service Leading and training department staff Ensuring quality, freshness, and profitability
Qualifications:
Floral design and retail management experience preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Creative eye for design and merchandising Excellent communication and customer service skills Join a well-established business with a reputation for quality, creativity, and exceptional customer service.
