Site Supervisor

Assign janitorial duties to staff and regularly inspect their work to ensure that established standards are met Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to janitorial staff as needed. Taking inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment and informing management when supplies are depleted Assist recruiting department with staffing needs Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff. Resolve conflicts between janitorial staff in an efficient manner Attend meetings and in-service training sessions as required. Perform all janitorial duties necessary and cover when short-staffed Perform additional services like carpet extractions and floor maintenance Monitor staff attendance and report absences. Complete and submit all required paperwork, including but not limited to quality reports, signoffs, and summary sheets. Make recommendations to upper management regarding promotions transfers and dismissals. Maintain quality standards Investigate and resolve clients complaints of missed or improperly cleaned areas. Overtime may be required, including extra hours, weekends and holidays as needed. Investigate and resolve clients complaints of missed or improperly cleaned areas.
