  • Full-time Overview We're seeking a high-energy, results-driven Store Manager to lead our Cricket Wireless team.
In this role, you will drive overall store performance, develop your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets Drive store performance across activations, upgrades, accessories, and add-on services Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to sales goals and behaviors Recruit, train, and onboard new team members to ensure long-term success Monitor and analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and performance trends to identify opportunities Ensure exceptional customer service through strong leadership and by setting the standard on the sales floor Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally Maintain full knowledge of promotions, pricing, and competitor offerings Oversee store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with company policies Ensure the store is clean, organized, and consistently sales-ready Foster a positive, competitive, and team-driven culture focused on results and accountability What We're Looking For Previous retail management experience (wireless preferred) Proven track record of driving sales and leading teams to hit goals Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Competitive mindset with a passion for performance and accountability Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience with POS systems, reporting tools, and basic computer applications Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends What You'll Get Competitive salary + uncapped commission/bonus potential Leadership development and ongoing training Clear growth path within the company A fast-paced, energetic, and competitive work environment The opportunity to build and lead your own winning team
