Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team to success! In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, motivate staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership will drive sales growth, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold the highest standards of store presentation. Duties Lead, supervise, and develop a team of sales associates and staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system oversight Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees while providing ongoing training & development to enhance team performance Foster a positive environment by ensuring excellent customer service standards and resolving escalated issues promptly Requirements Proven management experience in restaurant industry with supervisory or assistant manager roles preferred Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of inventory control and POS systems Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience supervising teams and managing store operations Effective communication skills with phone etiquette proficiency and customer service excellence Ability to manage shift schedules, perform retail math calculations accurately, and handle retail sales transactions confidently Join us as a Store Manager and lead your team toward success!
