Responsibilities:

This person will manage the Mid-Ozark facility in Lebanon, MO to achieve maximum operating efficiency and savings for MFA. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy. What You'll Do Maintain a positive attitude with patrons and other employees Responsible for timely application of work orders. Communicate with customers regarding status of work orders Responsible for ensuring all DOT drivers are trained and records are up to date Communicate daily with plant employees regarding goals for the day and provide feedback on their performance Ensure all necessary safety training and recordkeeping is being conducted Maintain adequate supply, quality control, and minimum shrinkage.
