Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our Olivette, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the store's overall success. Manage and supervise staff during assigned shifts, setting a positive example for the team Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards Oversee cash handling, inventory management, and cost control measures Schedule and coordinate staff to maintain optimal coverage and efficiency Train and develop team members to meet performance standards and company goals Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist in implementing marketing initiatives and promotions Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store profitability targets Prepare and submit accurate reports and paperwork as required Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Proficiency in cash handling, inventory management, and cost control Ability to create and manage staff schedules effectively Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; certification preferred Proficient computer skills for order processing and inventory management Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Positive attitude and ability to motivate team members Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
