Position Details:

Onsite position located at Mercy Hospital South.

• Education:

  Degree in healthcare-related field.

• Experience:

  Prior experience in customer service/patient relations

• Other Skills and Knowledge:

• Knowledge of complex hospital systems and processes.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership qualities (follow through, motivation).
• Effective change agent.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of patient care, patient problems, and handling conflicts.
