Must have experience with Vape Juice, Hardware, Disposable, etc. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Retail Sales Manager to lead our store team and drive outstanding sales performance. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations, develop strategic sales initiatives, and foster a customer-centric environment that promotes growth and loyalty. Your leadership will inspire your team to exceed targets while delivering exceptional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the customer experience, implement innovative marketing strategies, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and business partners alike. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales goals through coaching, training, and performance management. Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on outside sales and B2B (business-to-business) opportunities. Manage key accounts, nurture client relationships, and identify new business development prospects to expand market presence. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times. Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize outreach efforts. Coordinate marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic, promote new products or services, and enhance brand visibility. Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and implement corrective actions as needed. Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management with a strong background in outside sales, technical sales, or B2B sales environments. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment. Strong management capabilities including staff development, scheduling, and operational oversight. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a strategic mindset for business development. Proficiency in marketing principles and familiarity with technology sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
