Store Installation Administrator O'Reilly Automotive Stores - 3.3 Springfield, MO Job Details Full-time 14 hours ago Benefits Employee stock purchase plan Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Spreadsheets Blueprint creation using CAD software Typing Full Job Description The Project Administrator is responsible for various duties while working with the Vice President and Director of Store Installations including but not limited to coordinating the development of floor plans, placing fixture orders, producing merchandising supplies orders and calculating SKU capacity in project stores.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for maintaining store layout files to reflect current fixture location for all stores. Update layouts as needed. Place orders and manage follow up for merchandising supplies and equipment for all store projects. Maintain the system for comparison of new store inventories and running feet of fixture required per floor plan. Gather information on new and existing buildings as well as building additions and develop a floor plan with front room and back room location. Place fixture orders for projects direct with our fixture Suppliers for store fixtures. Ensure that the Installation field teams have the necessary items to complete projects Consistently strive to improve efficiency of processes Must have ability to embrace new changes in job functions Track projects with accurate data Any other projects as needed and directed by department management All other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES
Required:
High School diploma Preferred applicants will have a minimum of 1 - 2 years retail store experience Organizational and time management skills Typing, computer knowledge, basic knowledge of Excel Must have previous experience using AutoCAD (lite) and accurately demonstrate proper CAD techniques in developing drawings
