We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Store Manager who can lead operations, drive sales, build teams, and maintain high standards daily. This is not just a "sit in the office" management role — we are looking for leaders who take ownership, lead from the front, and help grow the business. Responsibilities of Store Operations Oversee daily convenience store and kitchen operations Ensure the store stays clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready Monitor fuel operations and forecourt appearance Handle opening, closing, and shift management procedures Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards Team Leadership Hire, train, coach, and develop employees Build schedules and manage labor efficiently Hold staff accountable for attendance, performance, and professionalism Create a positive and productive team environment Lead by example with urgency, attitude, and work ethic Inventory & Cash Control Manage inventory levels and product ordering Ensure tobacco and perishable products are properly rotated Monitor shrink, shortages, waste, and cash handling procedures Process returns, promos, and credits correctly Maintain organized backstock and storage areas Kitchen & Food Operations Ensure food quality and freshness standards are met Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance Reduce kitchen waste and improve efficiency Ensure prep, production, and cleanliness standards are followed Customer Service Deliver excellent customer service Resolve customer concerns professionally Build strong relationships with customers and the local community Qualifications Previous retail, convenience store, restaurant, or food service management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Experience managing employees and store operations Basic computer and reporting knowledge Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays when needed What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership Strong leadership presence High energy and accountability Team-focused mindset Ability to stay calm under pressure Desire to grow with the company Apply Today If you are motivated, dependable, and ready to lead a fast-paced operation, we want to hear from you.
