Overview Join our dynamic team as a Key Holder and become a vital leader in our retail environment! In this energetic role, you will be entrusted with opening and closing the store, supervising daily operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As a Key Holder, you will play a key part in motivating staff, managing inventory, and maintaining store standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to develop their management skills while contributing to a vibrant retail community. Your leadership will help drive sales, foster teamwork, and uphold our commitment to outstanding service. Responsibilities Open and close the store securely, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately Supervise daily store operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, and customer service Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer experiences Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing staff to enhance team performance Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, utilizing strong communication skills and phone etiquette Oversee shift management by coordinating schedules, monitoring performance, and ensuring store standards are maintained Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or store management with supervisory responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, merchandising, and retail math Experience with employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll processing, and bookkeeping Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cashiering duties confidently Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Join us if you're passionate about retail management and eager to make a positive impact!
