Job Description:
Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry, an AGS Accredited Jeweler, is searching for a dynamic and experienced Store Director for our newly expanded and redesigned Renaissance at Colony Park location in Ridgeland, Mississippi. This is a unique opportunity for a proven leader to oversee a high-volume location during an exciting period of growth and momentum. Following a major renovation and expansion to more than 6,150 square feet, this newly reimagined showroom offers an elevated luxury shopping experience and reflects our continued commitment to investing in the markets we serve. Our First Choice candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record of motivating and developing sales professionals to meet or exceed goals, and a passion for creating extraordinary client experiences. This results-driven leader will demonstrate a commitment to excellence, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a dedication to fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment. Reporting directly to ownership, this role presents an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to the growth of a high-volume location.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of luxury retail management experience, high-end jewelry/timepiece experience preferred, but not required. Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required. Proven track record of successful leadership and team management. Proven track record in setting and achieving sales goals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively. Dedication to ongoing training and development in a collaborative environment with a focus on team-building. Passion to deliver superb customer service. Ability to effectively network through community involvement to promote brand and company awareness. Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain customer relationships utilizing internal CRM program. Strong business acumen.
