Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control. Utilize POS systems for transactions, returns, and inventory updates while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and bookkeeping. Implement effective marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Supervise shift schedules, monitor employee performance, and provide coaching to promote professional growth. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions positively. Proven experience in retail sales management, supervising teams, and store operations. Demonstrated leadership in recruiting, training & development, and employee orientation programs. Skilled in merchandising, stock replenishment, purchasing decisions, and inventory control techniques. Adept at time management, organizational skills, and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
