Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our dealership's sales team to new heights. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of vehicle sales operations, develop strategic sales initiatives, and foster a customer-centric environment that drives revenue growth. Your leadership will inspire your team to excel in high-end automotive sales, build lasting client relationships, and deliver exceptional service. Duties Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets through effective coaching, training, and performance management Develop and implement innovative sales strategies, including outside sales efforts and B2B (business-to-business) outreach, to expand our customer base Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting through closing, ensuring consistent follow-up on leads via CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software Conduct negotiations with clients, utilizing strong communication skills and negotiation techniques to maximize deal value while maintaining customer satisfaction Oversee inventory management and inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels of high-demand vehicles Support retail sales activities by assisting with customer inquiries, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring excellent customer service Organize and participate in public speaking engagements and marketing events to promote dealership offerings and enhance brand visibility Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and dealership performance metrics for continuous improvement Skills Proven experience in automobile sales with a focus on high-end vehicles and retail environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse sales team effectively Excellent negotiation abilities coupled with outstanding communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities preferred) Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer data, tracking sales pipelines, and generating reports Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and retail math calculations Skilled in outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and B2B outreach to generate new business opportunities Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and B2B marketing strategies to maximize revenue streams Superior phone etiquette and customer service skills to build rapport with clients over various channels Strong public speaking abilities for presentations at events or dealership meetings Knowledge of automotive inventory control systems, retail math principles, and organizational best practices Join us as an Automotive Sales Manager where your passion for cars meets your talent for leadership!
