Job Description

General Expectations and Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and monitor the team's work activities and progress daily. Interact/meet with your team regularly to provide guidance and updates. Receive and coordinate requests from the Production/Planning Department. Communicate with Planning to ensure revisions released to Programming align with the current job and shop needs. Provide technical support when required and maintain communication with Programmers. Comply with the Corporation's Quality Management System and QA/QC Program. Ensure that safety standards and regulations are respected. Resolve issues with skeleton updates, program swaps, missing programs, and overlapping plate programs. Oversee and keep track of the training manual dates/requirements for the department. Coordinate with Production/Planning for schedule changes, project details, outsourcing, and material needs. Oversee timekeeping of the Programming Department. Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner. Ensure drafting is archived appropriately. Report any non-conformity to Production/Planning. Enforce disciplinary actions when necessary. Any other related duties or special projects as needed.
