What You'll Do:

As a Store Co‑Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and support a successful, customer‑focused team. Responsibilities include assisting with supervisory decisions, training and coaching employees, overseeing merchandising and inventory, managing labor and controllable expenses, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring company standards, policies, and procedures are followed. This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, staying organized, and leading by example.
