Description The Employment Program Manager - Goodwill Community Cupboard Grocery Manager oversees operations of the Goodwill Community Cupboard - Aurora, ensuring daily success of the hybrid pay-what-you-can and retail food market. The Employment Program Manager - Goodwill Community Cupboard Grocery Manager supervises all non-exempt staff, ensures compliance with food safety and organizational standards, manages inventory and financial controls, and fosters a dignified customer experience. Qualifications Associate degree preferred; bachelor's degree desirable. 1-3 years of supervisory experienced required; within retail or grocery preferred. ServSafe certification (or able to obtain in 90 days). Ability to lift 40lbs and stand for extended periods. Can work flexible hours. Must possess a valid NC Driver's License. 40 hours per week, $52,000 per year plus excellent benefits. No telephone calls please. EOE/Drug-free Workplace.
