Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Overseeing anywhere from 1-5 employees on a shift Cash handling and reporting Assist in training and development of new hires Making and stocking waffle products Torching items as needed Cake writing Ensure Core Values are upheld by team Ensure highest standard of guest service Meet and exceed all aspects of health and safety of the team
Required Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or equivalent job experience in related field At least 1 year of management experience Ability to multitask and work on projects simultaneously Dedication to impacting results...with a "whatever it takes" attitude Excellent interpersonal communication skills High attention to detail Availability to work evenings, and weekends
