Full-Time, Direct Hire The Opportunity Our advertising agency is seeking a driven, customer-focused MotorClothes Manager for a premier, high-volume Harley-Davidson dealership in the Greater Charlotte, NC area. This is a leadership role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, understands lifestyle branding, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee the daily operations, merchandising, team development, and sales performance of the MotorClothes department—bringing the Harley-Davidson lifestyle to life through apparel, accessories, and in-store presentation. Key Responsibilities Retail Department Leadership Lead and support all daily MotorClothes operations, ensuring a high-energy, organized, and customer-focused retail environment. Team Management & Development Recruit, train, coach, and motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving department sales goals. Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation Maintain premium merchandising standards, execute floor sets, and ensure all displays align with Harley-Davidson brand expectations and seasonal campaigns. Sales Performance & KPI Management Monitor department performance, analyze key metrics, and implement action plans to drive revenue, customer engagement, and product sell-through. Inventory & Operations Oversight Manage inventory accuracy, pricing integrity, replenishment, and product organization to support efficient operations and maximize profitability. Customer Experience Excellence Create a welcoming, lifestyle-driven shopping experience that builds customer loyalty and strengthens the dealership's community presence. Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with dealership leadership and other departments to support promotions, events, and overall store initiatives. and strengthens the dealership's community presence. Required Qualifications Experience 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably within powersports, automotive, apparel, lifestyle retail, or high-volume customer service environments. Leadership & Communication Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage performance, and communicate effectively across departments. Retail & Merchandising Expertise Understanding of visual merchandising, inventory management, POS systems, and retail sales strategies. Organizational Skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Flexibility Availability to work weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods as needed. Passion A genuine interest in Harley-Davidson culture, motorcycles, or the powersports lifestyle is highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Harley-Davidson dealerships or motorcycle lifestyle retail Strong visual merchandising and floor set execution experience Familiarity with Harley-Davidson branding standards and customer expectations Benefits Competitive Base Salary +
