Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• First and foremost show up to any interview that is scheduled. Please dont waste my time and I wont waste yours
• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily retail operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
• Train and develop retail sales associates to meet sales goals
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive sales growth
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Create employee schedules and manage shift coverage
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle cash management, including opening and closing registers
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with inventory management
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement marketing strategies

Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail management role preferred
• Strong sales management skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in recruiting, training, and developing a team of retail associates
• Proficient in payroll management and scheduling software
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to sell products and services to customers based on their needs
• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient store operations and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of basic math and retail math calculations for handling transactions and analyzing sales data
